Oh my oh my. Behold. I've made the mousse before and tried to feed it to non-vegan friends without telling them its made from tofu. Friends wife wouldn't eat it cause she just... doesn't eat anything. I dont even know what she eats besides white rice. Her hubby ate his AND her serving. Mwahaha. TOFABULOUS!
